Account Features

How many albums can I create?
It depends on what account you registered for. Free accounts allow up to 7 photo albums with 50 MB storage space. Premium accounts allow unlimited number of albums and 1 GB of storage space.

How many images can I upload?
The number of images you can upload depends on the size of the images. Your free account storage space is 50 MB. This can allow 200-300 photos if the size is under 250kb each. Your premium account can store up to 1 GB of photos.

Do you support mutiple files upload?
Yes. You can upload 5 images at a time or use our zip file upload. With zip file upload you can zip all of your photos into one folder and upload all of them at the same time. Remember that the larger the files the longer it will take to upload.

Are there any types of photos that are not allowed on myPhotoTube.com?
Yes. Any photos that contravene our terms and conditions may not be uploaded to your account. We reserve the right to delete without any notice any photos which we believe violate our terms of use, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of any members who upload images that violate our terms of use.

How do I sign up for an account?
You can sign up for a free account on the register page. You need to choose a username and password that you will use to upload images to your account. We also require you to enter a valid email address when you join. We send a confirmation email to this address with instructions on how to activate your account.

Can I sign up for more than 1 account?
Free accounts are limited to 1 (one) per individual. If we catch anyone abusing this limit, we may delete all their accounts without any notice.

How do I access my account?
Once you have signed up and confirmed your account, you can login to it on the left hand side in the navigation menu. While logged in to your account you can upload photos and manage your albums.

Help! I've forgotten my username or password.
If you forget your login details for your account we can send a reminder to the email address you registered with us when you created your account. Just follow the instructions on the forgot password page.

How do I upgrade to a premium account?
If you have outgrown the features provided by our free account, you can upgrade to a premium account on the upgrade page. Payments are accepted through PayPal, and in most cases your account will be upgraded automatically after payment.
